high returns with low risk
GS Energy provides Investors credible options for investment into 'Waste to Energy' Power and Waste Management Stations
This is an exciting new opportunity for individuals and/or companies to make a real environmental difference by investing in one or more small to medium scale, 'Waste to Energy (WtE)' Power and Waste Management Stations that will generate considerable ongoing income and capital growth.
Investors can gain considerable returns on their investment while maximising Government's and/or Industry’s ability to use this innovative practice in waste management.
GS Energy provides opportunities where:
Investors can join with GS Energy to own and operate 'WtE' stations offering Councils and Industry all the benefits and savings of these stations without the large capital outlays
Investors can be small or significant shareholders in one or many of the companies established by GS Energy to own and operate the power and waste management stations
The capital investment by shareholders, whether large or small, delivers considerable revenue for station owners from the sale of many products produced by the stations, providing significant returns for shareholders
A. Waste Management Fees
The waste management fees will be derived from the fee per tonne contract to manage waste on behalf of the customer. This contract is ongoing. This tonnage rate is fixed with agreed increases and reviews during the contract period.
B. Power Sales Wholesale (W/S)
The waste is processed by carbonation and gasification, hence generating green power through syngas engines and heat turbines. The green power carries Large-scale Generation Certificates and therefore a valuable commodity for the future.
Income will be generated through the sale of electricity to contracted wholesale customers. Contractual arrangements are completed for each station for the sale of power to major retailers to on sell energy to their customers.
C. Soil Conditioner Sales
Through the carbonation and gasification process for green waste, sawmill timber waste, recycled tyre waste, animal waste and other organic waste, the power and waste management stations will produce a residue or char. This char is a very high quality soil conditioner. It can be sold singularly as a soil conditioner or it can be sold for mixing with other organic products to form one of the best organic agricultural fertilizers.
D. Recycled Steel Sales
Through the carbonation and gasification process for waste tyres, the power and waste management stations produce char containing high tensile steel product. This steel is a very high quality steel and is sold to steel recyclers.
E. Power Sales (GS Energy Retail)
Income will be generated for individual companies owning the power stations through the sale of the power to GS Energy or its subsidiary. GS Energy will retail to many customers with an agreed mark-up price. This contract will generally reward the power station owners more significantly than direct wholesale contracts. Also specific arrangements are in place to provide power discount benefits to shareholders.
F. Sale of Heat for Hot Water and/or Refrigeration
Through the waste carbonation and gasification process enormous heat is generated at the gasifier. Much of this heat below 85°c at the heat exchanges will be waste if not ulitised. This heat can be used to provide hot water and/or refrigeration and can be sold to specific customers at a much lower price than other traditional heating methods still providing excellent income for the power station owners.
